Social Justice
CTI is committed to social justice in all that we do. We are dedicated to working together to create a fairer and more just society.
At Centurion Training Institute, we are committed to creating a culture of social justice and inclusion that reflects the diverse world we live in. We believe that all individuals, regardless of their background, identity, or life experiences, have the right to access high-quality education and training in the hospitality and tourism industry.
We recognize that the hospitality and tourism industry has historically been exclusionary and has often perpetuated inequities and injustices. As an institution that prides itself on providing high-quality training in this field, we are committed to challenging these inequities and promoting a more just and equitable world.
We embrace diversity in all its forms and strive to create a welcoming and inclusive environment where everyone feels valued and supported. We recognize that diversity is essential to creating a thriving learning community, and we actively seek to recruit and retain students, faculty, and staff from a wide range of backgrounds and experiences.
We are committed to providing training that promotes social justice and equity in the hospitality and tourism industry. This includes addressing issues of bias and discrimination, promoting cultural competency, and preparing our students to be ethical and responsible leaders in their careers.

We acknowledge that achieving social justice and inclusion is an ongoing process that requires continuous learning, reflection, and action. We are committed to engaging in this work, both within our institution and in collaboration with others in the hospitality and tourism industry and beyond.
