Overview
At Centurion Training Institute, the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management program is designed to equip students with the necessary skills and knowledge to become competent food and beverage professionals.

Course Delivery
The program is delivered through a combination of theoretical lectures, practical sessions, and industry internships. The duration of the course is 2 years (4 semesters) for full-time students and 3 years (6 semesters) for part-time students.
Course Requirements
To be eligible for admission into the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management program at Centurion Training Institute, prospective students must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of C- in KCSE or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of D+ in Mathematics and English in KCSE or an equivalent qualification
- A passion for the hospitality industry and food service
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Additionally, students who have completed the Certificate in Food and Beverage Service program at Centurion Training Institute or an equivalent qualification may be eligible for credit transfer and admission into the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management program.
