Course Delivery
The program is delivered through a combination of lectures, practicals, and industry attachments. The duration of the course is 2 years (4 semesters) for full-time students and 3 years (6 semesters) for part-time students.
Course Requirements
To be eligible for admission into the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management program at Centurion Training Institute, prospective students must meet the following requirements:
- A minimum of C- in KCSE or an equivalent qualification
- A minimum of D+ in Mathematics and English in KCSE or an equivalent qualification
- A Certificate in Food and Beverage Management or equivalent qualification from a recognized institution
Additionally, students who have completed a Certificate in Hospitality Management or a related field may be eligible for credit transfer and admission into the Diploma in Food and Beverage Management program.
